Molino de Chocolate was born out of the concern of a 20-year-old Xalapeño for wanting to undertake. In 2015 he bought his first hand mill, cocoa and sugar at the Jauregui market in Xalapa, Veracruz. His family from Oaxaca was the one who taught him to roast cocoa and grind it in the hand mill.
Thus, after passing the years and preparing chocolate at
local fairs, little by little what is now Molino de Chocolate
grew, a brand for the manufacturing of artisanal –
gourmet chocolate.
